These spectacular homes are located throughout the Kalamazoo\, Portage\, Mattawan\, Vicksburg\, Gull Lake\, and more.\n\n \n\nIf you're thinking about building a new home or remodeling the one you have\, this is the time to meet with our HBA of Western Michigan Builder Members as they showcase their home designs and craftsmanship.\n\n\n\nPARADE ETIQUETTE & COVID-19 GUIDELINES\n\n\n\nIn order to make our Parade of Homes an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone\, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:\n\n\n\nCOVID SAFETY GUIDELINES - KNOW BEFORE YOU GO\n\nGuests Attending the Parade:\n\n Guests are encouraged to bring a personal mask to wear while touring\, as masks may be required for home entry\n Guests are encouraged to wear socks\, as some homes may not have shoe coverings\n Hand-sanitizing stations will be available at each home on the tour \n One-way routes will be designated for each guest to promote safe distancing\n\n\n\nETIQUETTE\n\n\n\nPlease note: the "SOLD" homes belong to someone from your community who has graciously opened their doors to the general public to allow their builder to showcase their work. \n\n Please observe all parking signage and do not block driveways.\n Before entering each home\, remove your shoes (if requested) and use the shoe covers provided. \n Do not wear the shoe covers outside before entering the home. The purpose of the coverings is to prevent hardwood floors from being scatched. For this reason\, you may also be asked to remove high-heeled shoes. \n Bags will be provided at each home to carry your shoes with you.\n Bathroom facilities are not available in the homes.\n Please respect all furnishings\, as they are private property.\n Please do not walk on the landscaping.\n There is absolutely no smoking\, eating or drinking in any of the homes.\n No pets allowed.
