Get renewal requirements for your Michigan Builders License at the HBA! Classes offered 1/29, 2/5 & 2/26 from 9am - 12noon @ the HBA office located at 5700 W. Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo 49009. The State of Michigan mandates that all builders are required to have at least three hours of continuing competency every three years. This class consists of the following:

• 1 hour of Energy Codes
• 1 hour of MIOSHA safety
• 1 hour of legal issues
