60 Hour Michigan Residential Pre-License Course

NEED A BUILDERS LICENSE? 

According to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, if you undertake a project in which labor, material, and any other item is more than $600, a license is required. We can help you take the first step in obtaining your Michigan Builders License by preparing you for the state mandated test. Join us for in-class training at the HBA of Western Michigan for the required 60 hour pre-license course!

Fee: $850.00 

This includes the application forms and information needed regarding the Residential Builders exam along with all course materials and books, including the Residential Code Book. FREE Lead Renovator Certification! Lunch will be provided daily.
