Classwork leading to the designation provides a solid background in green building methods, as well as the tools to reach consumers, from the organization leading the charge to provide market-driven green building solutions to the home building industry.

As a graduate of this course, you will learn how to:

•    Integrate sound building science principles and a whole house approach into the design, construction and remodeling process
•    Address water, resource and energy efficiency as well as indoor environmental quality in your projects
•    Examine specific green building practices in each chapter of the ICC 700-2012 National Green Building StandardÃ?Ã?Ã?®
•    Market and sell in the expanding green home marketplace

This course is approved by AIA and qualifies for 12 LU/HSW Hours

This course will also count for CE for State Contractors License
