City Contractor Group

The City of Kalamazoo had been convening monthly meetings to connect minority contractors and tradesman in Kalamazoo with several community development partners, large developers, and other  business and trade resources. We know there is a shortage of skilled tradesman locally and nationally, and through these meetings we are supporting and encouraging local tradesman to take advantage of new opportunities to grow their business, while addressing our labor needs in our economy.

The goal of these meetings is to discover ways we can create win-win opportunities for the entire skilled trades community.
