Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast
- Traditional dried fruit and bread stuffing with apples and herbs, stuffed into a skin on chicken breast with Traverse City cherry sauce.
Stuff Portobello Mushroom
- Portobello mushroom grilled and topped with asparagus tips, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and basil.
